“Kim is fed up with how much money Kylie is making by mimicking her,” an insider told Life & Style. “She says she’s entitled to at least 30 percent of those earnings.” How exactly does the 34-year-old think she’ll get away with this?
According to the mag, Kim believes Kylie “has stolen her entire look, from head to toe, and is booking jobs that would have otherwise gone to Kim.” And while she hasn’t taken any official legal action just yet, she’s gotten her attorney involved to draft up some papers. “Kylie is essentially using her likeness without her permission,” the mag explained. But despite these shocking claims, a source tells HollywoodLife.com the reports are “false.”
But Tyga’s lady isn’t going to let her sister push her around. “Kylie insists she won’t give Kim a penny,” the insider said, adding that the blonde beauty “won’t go down without a fight” and thought Kim’s threat was the “stupidest thing she ever heard.”
Unfortunately for Kim, she’s chosen life with a family instead of continuing her reign as the most popular Kardashian, so you can’t really blame Kylie for starting to take over! And the fans really proved their loyalty this week, because Kylie’s brand new app and website was downloaded much more often than Kim’s — yikes!
