Kim Kardashian Looks Unnaturally Thin In Shocking New Waist Training Pic

Ouch. That sure looks like it's hurts, Kim Kardashian. In a new Instagram photo, the 'KUWTK' star showed off her latest waist-trainer, and it is absolutely insane. Kim Kardashian, 34, definitely finds her appearance to be important, but is this painful waist trainer worth it? The wife and mother of one revealed a shockingly tiny waist in a new Instagram post, thanking her latest waist trainer for the results shown. Should she really be thanking them for something so unnatural though? Yikes.

Kim Kardashian’s Waist Training — Shocking New Photo

Well, she’s still at it. Despite her desperate attempts at trying to get pregnant with baby number two, Kim is still squeezing her insides into a teeny-tiny corset to make her waist appear smaller. Eek.

“Organizing & cleaning up before bed and waist training at the same time!” Kim proudly captioned the photo, although just by looking at it you can’t help but wonder how she can walk let alone move at all.

Kim is a notorious waist trainer, and she has promoted the unsafe practice on her Instagram account and socials a number of times. However, this latest photo is the scariest one yet — and Kim’s waist looks like it’s been cut in half.

What’s even worse is that it doesn’t even appear to be photoshopped!

Experts Say Waist Training Is Not Good For You

When the waist training trend really picked up, HollywoodLife.com was super curious about how it affects the body — especially your insides — and so we reached out to some of our favorite experts on the topic. What they said will truly surprise you and definitely make you think twice before following in Kim’s foot steps.

“Our abs are an essential element to the stabilization of our entire body, especially our spines.  It is not only ineffective to depend on an outside force for a false sense of security, but downright dangerous depending on the exercise being performed,” DavidBartonGym trainer Matthew Griffin explained to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
