![Since DaniLeigh has been arrested for alleged DUI hit and run in Miami Beach. The 28-year-old, who is rapper DaBaby's ex and mother to one of his children, was detained after allegedly hitting a person on a scooter while over the drink-drive limit. She posed for this mugshot after being arrested early Tuesday morning. According to reports, a police report claims several witnesses saw the entertainer speeding and swerving between lanes before striking a person riding a motorized scooter, and dragging the moped for about a block. One bystander reportedly flagged down a nearby police officer, who then initiated a stop. Police described Dani as smelling of alcohol and they conducted field sobriety tests, which she failed, and later took a breathalyzer. Dani was booked on three felony charges - driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property. Marcus T. Paulk Arrested For DUI & Drug Possession
Marcus was allegedly driving too close to emergency vehicles when he was pulled over. The former child star reportedly failed a sobriety test and owned up to drinking and smoking pot. He blew a .109 on a breathalyzer, according to TMZ.
A day before his arrest, Marcus uploaded an Instagram pic of the Super Bowl logo with the caption, “What’s up #phx #az #scottsdale what that #Super Bowl life like.”
Unfortunately, Marcus didn’t get to watch the game due to his arrest — he has since been released.
Marcus Previously Arrested For Domestic Violence And Battery
This wouldn’t be the first time Marcus had a run in with the law. In 2013, he was charged with domestic violence after allegedly kicking his girlfriend in the stomach, leaving her hospitalized.
Apparently, the both threw punches and he even punched her in the face — yikes! He was charged domestic violence and battery, but didn’t end up doing any jail time.
Who knows — the case may re-open now that Marcus has found himself in trouble with the law, yet again.
