Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were finally in the same room at the 2014 Hollwood Film Awards, but HollywoodLife.com learned EXCLUSIVELY that Rob completely avoided KStew all because of FKA Twigs!
Sadly, a Robsten reunion was just not in the cards at the Hollywood Film Awards. Robert Pattinson, 26, totally avoided ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart, 24, at the awards show and HollywoodLife.com found out EXCLUSIVELY that this behavior was all to show his new love FKA Twigs, 26, that he is fully “committed” to her and that Kristen is out of his mind completely.
Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart At Hollywood Film Awards
“He just didn’t want to have any awkward encounters with Kristen at the Hollywood Film Awards,” a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He was uptight the whole night and just wanted to get back home as soon as he could.”
We also learned that as soon as Rob presented at the ceremony, he left the show. He missed Kristen presenting to co-star Julianne Moore and her unfortunate nip slip.
This blatant ignoring of Kristen was to prove to FKA that he is 100% over his former love.
“Avoiding Kristen was his way of showing Tahliah [FKA] how committed he is to her, that he only has eyes for her and is completely over Kristen,” our source continued. “He acted this way for Tahliah.”
Kristen must have caught wind of this because her father told her when Rob was presenting so she could be removed from her seat. While he was onstage, Kristen took pictures with other celebs before going back to her seat.
HollywoodLife.com also learned before the awards that Kristen wanted to run into Rob! She wanted to be able to “spend time together” because she didn’t know when they would be seeing each other again.
Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Either Rob really is head over heels for FKA or he’s going to extreme lengths to deny lingering feelings for Kristen.
HollywoodLifers, are you sad there wasn’t a Robsten reunion? Do you think Rob and Kristen will ever just be friends? Let us know!
