‘Duck Dynasty’ Returns For Season 6
Summer TV has now officially begun because A&E is heading back down to West Monroe, Louisiana for some good ‘ol family fun!
The network has promised that the new round of episodes will steer clear of politics and taboo topics (ahem, Phil Robertson’s anti-gay rants — yes, that’s plural) so we can expect to see the Robertsons doing what they do best — duck calling, beaver hunting and maybe even some baby making!
After an emotional season finale, viewers can expect to see more family fun and milestones — perhaps even Duck Commander employee Justin Martin‘s engagement and wedding!
After releasing an extremely revealing novel, the Duck Wives might touch upon some of their recent shocking admissions: molestation, cheating, affairs and suicidal thoughts.
Willie & Korie Robertson Had Sex In A Closet — WATCH
Willie and Korie spoke to HollywoodLife.com, telling us all about their close family.
“With our kids, we just try to make sure that they stay grounded and understand where we came from,” the couple told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
Speaking of kids, we also asked about some of the crazy kids in Hollywood these days, and they said that they understand where their demons come from: fame. If anyone has battled with the public eye, it’s definitely this family!
“I think a lot of kids go through that — not just famous kids, but a lot of kids everywhere, go through that,” Willie said about the recent antics of starlets like Miley and Justin. “It’s tough being in the spotlight — we know that now for sure — it changes your life and you really have to dig deep and really have your core.”
But when they’re not in the spotlight, the happy couple enjoys, well, each other.
“I don’t talk about it, but I think they understand that’s why they’re here,” Willie said about sex talk in front of his kids. “They certainly know that we have a really loving relationship,” Korie added. “They locked us in the pantry the other day!”
But don’t get too excited: Willie told us, “What happened in the pantry, stays in the pantry!”
Duck Dynasty premieres on Wednesday, June 11 (10/9c) on A&E.
