Porsha Williams: Kenya Needs To ‘Stop Being A Diva’ And Drop Charges
We all know that Porsha and Kenya got into a big blowout fight, during the taping of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion taping, but we still don’t know exactly what went down to bring the ladies head to head. But we do know that Kenya pressed assault charges against Porsha, getting her arrested.
“It’s too much,” an insider close to Porsha tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She’s with her attorneys and she’s going to fight this all the way to the end of time unless Kenya finds some compassion and stops being a diva and asks that the charges be dropped.”
HollywoodLife.com previously reported that Kenya broke “girl code,” and Porsha is not happy about it. “This is work. This is their jobs,” says the insider. “When Porsha popped [Kenya], she runs and calls the police. That’s not right. Kenya needs to be a big girl and stop yapping before this happens again.”
Porsha Embarrassed She Hit Kenya — Says Kenya Sparked The Fight
Ouch! Sounds like the ladies are really up against Kenya, but Porsha still feels extremely embarrassed that she got physical with Kenya. “She’s very upset she hit Kenya,” the source adds. “She’s upset she embarrassed herself and her family’s name. She’s devastated and hates even looking at the video. She’s really embarrassed.”
We won’t find out until Sunday, April 20 (8/7c) what exactly happened to get Porsha to the point of raising her hand to Kenya’s head, but we have learned at HollywoodLife.com that Kenya was the one who provoked Porsha.
“She let Kenya win. She let Kenya get the best of her and made her react in a way that’s she’s never reacted in her life. Porsha was really caught up in the moment,” the source says. “She’s not a violent woman at all.”
Will Porsha Be Fired For Hitting Kenya?
The brawl lead to Andy Cohen and security breaking up the fight, but was it bad enough that the producers will cut Porsha from the franchise? She was arrested, after all.
“She’s nervous,” the insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about Porsha’s pending firing. “She likes all the girls except Kenya, and wants to be asked back, but no decision has been made,” as we reported previously. “If she had to do it all over again she’d fight Kenya with her words. She’s keeping a low profile for now and hoping for the best.”
And to make matters worse, Porsha is pissed off that she had to spend money to bail herself out of jail! “She’s also mad she had to spend $2,000 to post bail,” says the insider. “That was a new pair of shoes or rent or something. She lost in this whole situation and she knows it.”
