Kevin Bacon Dances Into ‘The Tonight Show’

You could tell by the way Jimmy was sitting at his desk that he couldn’t wait to introduce his first guest — a man who made popular every dance move that you’ve ever seen your parents do at a wedding.

That man was Kevin Bacon! The actor, who currently stars in the hit TV series The Following.

As part of Jimmy’s introduction skit he said, “dancing has been outlawed here on the show.” For those of you who do not know about Footloose — the whole movie takes place in a town where pretty much everything fun has been outlawed — especially dancing.

It’s a crazy concept but it was 1984 when the movie came out so just go with it HollywoodLifers.

This is not the first time we’ve  had to relived the memory of Footloose. In 2011, director Craige Brewer oversaw a remake of the classic film, which starred Kenny Wormald, Julianne Hough, and Dennis Quaid.
