Doe B’s Daughter, 3, Honors Slain Rapper At Candlelight Vigil

So heartbreaking. Slain rapper Doe B's daughter Madison, 3, participated in a candlelight vigil for her father outside of Centennial Bar and Grill in Alabama, the exact spot where her father was shot and killed on Dec. 28. Doe B's young daughter, Madison Thomas, 3, held up a single lit candle while participating in an emotional vigil held by dozens of supporters in her father's honor. Mourners gathered outside of Centennial Bar and Grill in Montgomery, Ala. to place candles at the scene where the 22-year-old was gunned down on Dec. 28.

Doe B’s Daughter Madison Thomas Remembers Slain Rapper At Candlelight Vigil

Doe B’s little girl, Madison, appeared quiet and somber as she sat on the sidewalk at her father’s vigil, mere feet away from the spot he was shot.

The toddler could not possibly fully understand the tragic loss of her father, but she was surrounded by a sizable crowd of mourners came out to show their support for his family during their time of grief.

Doe B, a member of artist T.I.’s Hustle Gang, was rushed to the hospital after being shot, but was unfortunately pronounced dead shortly after his arrival there.

Doe B Shot & Killed At Alabama Nightclub

Doe B was killed outside of Centennial Bar and Grill alongside young college student Kim Johnson, who was celebrating her 21st birthday.

A truly talented artist, a loving father and a dedicated member of the hip hop community at large, he touched the lives of the many people who had the privilege of knowing him. The Blueprint Group offers our condolences to our Doe B label partners Interscope / Hustle Gang, his management DJ Frank White and Brooklyn Knights, and most of all his family, friends and fans at this very difficult time. We ask that you remember him not by his untimely death, but by his love of life and the music he left behind.
