The pregnant reality star topped off her look with a sleek black blazer and pointy black pants. Even her hair and makeup were casual for a family bowling trip — she kept her long brown locks down around her shoulders, and sported a natural face of makeup with brown smoky eyes and a nude lip.

While she’s been pregnant, most of Kim’s outfits have been tight dresses and skirt — with some wild pantsuits thrown in the mix — but lately, she’s been opting for some more casual looks with jeans and camisole tanks.
Kim’s latest jeans look totally comfortable in the boyfriend-style, and loose for her growing pregnant frame, which must be a nice change from the tight leather looks she had been rocking in her first and second trimesters. She also wore a pair of her “favorite” (according to her blog) J Brand maternity jeans and a lace Carine Gilson tank with a white blazer for her trip to the airport on April 12!
