James Reynolds, 2, has officially been photographed in public for the second time, and her cuteness is WAY too much for us to handle! The sweet toddler made the rounds in New York City on May 24 during a daytime stroll with her famous dad, Ryan Reynolds, 40, and we can’t get over how adorable the two looked together. James happily rode on Ryan’s shoulders as he toted her through the city — total #DadGoals, right? — and with James’ curly bright blonde hair blowing in the breeze, the little one proved she truly DOES take after her stunning mom, Blake Lively, 29. The youngster had on polka dotted leggings, white velcro sneakers, a blue dress, and printed cardigan. Ryan looked casual in a baseball cap, sneakers, windbreaker, and navy pants.
And while Blake may not have been on the sweet daddy-daughter outing, it looks like their NYC trip is a family affair, as the actress appeared at the American Ballet Theater’s Spring Gala on May 22. The gala, which took place in New York City as well, even featured a red carpet, which you better believe Blake ROCKED. She wore a gorgeous yellow Oscar de la Renta gown from the Fall 2017 collection, and we love how it hugged her curves in all the right places. The only family member we haven’t spotted in the city yet? Baby Ines, 7 months.
Blake and Ryan are notoriously known for keeping their personal lives — especially any info about their daughters — extremely private. So when the two showed up for Ryan’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony back in December, where the actor received his very own star, fans were SHOCKED they brought their kids along for the ride! In fact, it was the first time official photographs had ever been taken of James OR Ines.
“Normally we don’t drop the whole family out like this, but I just thought I’d regret this in 20 years if I didn’t have my kids here as well,” Ryan later told ET. “So we all, we decided collectively to just come down here in one big movement and be a part of this.” SO cute! During his speech that day, Ryan gushed about his father status, thanking Blake for giving him two amazing kids.
“You make everything better, I mean absolutely everything in my life better. You have given us two of the most incredible children I could ever hope to have,” Ryan said. “You made me the father of my dreams when I thought I only had fun uncle potential, so thank you, I love you.” We definitely hope to see more of this adorable family in the future!
