Kate Middleton is looking better than ever! The Duchess of Cambridge and busy mom of two always makes time for her workouts and a healthy diet. Find out her stay-slim secrets, ahead.
It’s not just the fact that Kate Middleton, 34, is a princess that we envy (although that doesn’t hurt), but her fit figure, too. The mom to adorable Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, 3, hasn’t changed since her days in school at St. Andrews, and it’s all thanks to a lot of discipline.

To keep her athletic figure, Kate isn’t afraid to break a sweat. Having participated in sports like tennis, cross country and swimming while in school, working out has become an everyday part of her life.
According to OK! magazine, “even if it’s just 15 minutes, [Kate] does something to get her heart pumping every day.” In addition to running and swimming for her daily cardio, OK! reveals that Kate has been working with a personal trainer since her pregnancy with George.
Doing Pilates and yoga throughout both of her pregnancies, once she gave birth, Kate was dedicated to getting back to her pre-baby body — even enlisting the help of her sister, Pippa Middleton, 32.
Of course, eating right has been another major key to Kate’s lean figure, and according to OK!, she’s even got husband, Prince William, 33, following her routine. The mag writes that Kate’s diet is mainly made up of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats. She’s also reportedly a fan of juicing, with a source saying, “One of her favorites is a puree of berries and almond milk — whenever she’s having sugar cravings, she’ll throw one of those together.” Even Kate indulges sometimes, however, with dark chocolate and gummy candies being her cheat foods of choice.
