While a divorce as ugly as Gavin and Gwen’s doesn’t usually have a “winner,” especially with three innocent children involved, it seems like Gavin definitely got the better end of the deal. Insiders claim that Gwen will be forced to shell out over $25 million of her estimated $75 million fortune, reports InTouch Weekly’s May 2 issue. And no, Gwen is not happy about it.
“Gwen’s beyond furious that she has to pay him anything,” a source close to the former couple tells the magazine. “The end of their marriage never would have happened if Gavin hadn’t [allegedly] cheated on her, so Gwen feels screwed over.”
However, Gavin and his legal team reportedly made a great case for him, claiming that he was a “supportive partner” throughout their entire marriage. The report also claims that Gavin pointed out he stayed at home raising their three children while she went out and expanded her music and fashion careers.
“He just got used to living the high life at the expense of his wife,” a source said, throwing major shade at Bush’s lead singer.

But, the report reveals that their attorneys didn’t go down without huge fight. “Divorce talks between Gavin and Gwen’s lawyers dragged on for months because Gavin was insisting on spousal support,” a source shared. The good news? Gavin and Gwen are sharing custody of their three children, which is a priceless win on both sides.
