Will Smith is an open book! The former 'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' star revealed EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.com some of the struggles that he and wife, Jada Pinkett Smith face as one actor is in 'work mode' and the other is in 'chill mode.' Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have set the standard of really having it all, but Will EXCLUSIVELY revealed to HollywoodLife.com that even the married couple of 18-years has a hard time with separating their work from their personal lives saying that at some point one aspect "will have to suffer."

Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith’s Marriage Struggle: How They Make It Work

Will revealed at the premiere for his latest flick, Focus that while he and Jada — who was by his side at the premiere — may be a strong and solid couple, even they have their struggles and things that could be improved in their relationship.

“You know that is really interesting, Jada and I have a struggle with that a little bit because the thing is one person is in work mode while the other is in chill mode,” Will exclusively revealed when asked how they separate their personal and profession lives.

He continued, “Then its like, you both are trying to come up and it is something that will happen in time and you will realize that you are committed in having a relationship or you are really committed to work and at some point one or the other will have to suffer.”

Will and Jada are both constantly working, as are their children Jaden and Willow, but as HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Will has been not only promoting his new film, but has been showing off his rapping skills on a plethora of shows.

He stopped by the Ellen show on Feb. 24, to sing the infamous theme song to his mega-popular show, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. This isn’t the only time in the last few weeks that Will has showed off his rapping skills. He rapped “Gettin’ Jiggy Wit It” on The Late Show and “It Takes Two” on the Feb. 5, episode of The Tonight Show: Starring Jimmy Fallon.
