Rebecca should not get a dime. She was a ex girlfriend. The daughter should get it all. But it needs to be set up in a trust. The girlfriend at the time of the death should also get something. My gosh she spent 7 yrs with him. His parents shouldn’t get but whathe left them. If he didnt lleave it to them then u know what. He didnt want them to have it. Just as hos family. Paul wanted his child to have it all. Thats a real father. But no way should the child’s mom get a dime except child support.

Wow! This blog looks just like my old one! It’s on a totally different subject but it has pretty much the same layout and
design. Superb choice of colors!

California probate laws would make his daughter, Meadow, sole beneficiary if there was no will or trust left behind. Meadows mother and current girlfriend are entitled to nothing. Since Meadow is too young she would have to have a trustee and administrator which the court would most likely appoint Paul’s parents who would be paid to manager the trust.

This story just makes my blood boil… this is something paul would have avoided more than theplague so why now be dressing his name thru the mud… Paul was not married so next of kin (parents) makes the decision… That hoodrat, jasmine is entitled to nothing. If he didn’t provide for you when he was alive then he sure as hell didn’t intend to in death… He worked damned hard for everything he has and sacrificed a lot to get there. Paul loved his family, especially his only child meadow, of which he spoke about in every one of his interviews, unlike you, that he would want for his family to have his money as he has been providing for them ever since he was in pampers, figuratively and literally. This is obvious because most child actors money is put in a trust until they get to a certain age thry have access to it. Clearly this was not the circumstance in paul’s case as he talks about being homeless, and having to leave school due to tuition and also panhandling.

I find it strange though that with all the dangerous hobbies he had; between surfing, swimming with shark deep sea diving, snowboarding and of course racing in redliine time attack not one person suggested a will.

now what the family can do is give this hippie looking hobo enough money to buy some shoes and throw in decent clothes as well, get a decent haircut, some lasik eye surgery and for god sakes some can of megace to gain some weight.

The money should be placed in a Trust Fund for Meadow Walker, and she should receive it in increments for her care until she becomes of legal age to manage it herself. Unless Paul provided for Jasmine in his will, Jasmine is entitled to NOTHING, so she is just another Lot Lizard who he ditched years ago, and she can go kick rocks.
