So sweet! Paul Walker’s ‘Fast and Furious’ costars quickly became his second family, and Vin Diesel showed his love for his fallen brother with a never-before-seen final picture from the ‘Fast & Furious 7’ set.
The world was brokenhearted when Paul Walker died at the age of 40 on Nov. 30, and now his dear friend Vin Diesel has released a touching final photo from the Fast & Furious 7 set. Check out the boys’ final moment together — as well as the message Vin says that Paul would have wanted fans to see — below!
Vin Diesel Posts Final Picture With Paul Walker
Vin and Paul were like brothers, so it’s fitting that Vin’s Facebook post featured a picture of the two of them fighting side-by-side. Vin posted the picture as a treat for Paul’s fans, but also to let the world know that Fast & Furious 7 would go ahead as planned, despite early reports to the contrary:
The last scene we filmed together…
There was a unique sense of completion, of pride we shared… in the film we were now completing… the magic captured… and, in just how far we’ve come…
Of course, this wasn’t the first time that Vin publicly mourned Paul on Facebook. Vin has been posting frequent updates as he processes his grief, and on Dec. 6 he even recounted an emotional moment with Paul’s mom:
I thought they needed my strength, but realized when I got there and broke down before his family, that it was I who needed theirs.
His mother hugged me and said I am so sorry… I said sorry? You’re the mother who lost a son?… She said yes, but you lost your other half…
So sad. What do you think of the final pic, HollywoodLifers?
