this is wack songwriting. Based off of the lyrics I would say no. Rihanna does not have to be forgiven for anything. In their relationship he was abusive and only got caught and there was probably more abuse be it verbal emotional before he got busted. So to me this song cannot be about her however abusers believe themselves to be the victim so maybe in cbs mind he thinks she wronged him. who knows??
