We are loving diving into the Beauty Secrets series from Vogue! While the videos may be from a few years back, the EBTs (Essential Beauty Tips) we’re learning are just as relevant today (if not even more so!). In her feature in the series, Lizzo reminded us of the power of coconut oil.
In a video from a warmer time of year for New York, the star mentioned the heat and humidity flattening her hair throughout the day. She posed coconut oil as a great way to revive her curls, alongside mentioning her EP named "Coconut Oil". “This stuff is so amazing. It's been used for centuries and centuries for hydrating, moisturizing, deep conditioning…” Lizzo said, enthusiastically while applying the oil to her hair.
She also mentioned its benefits to your skin as she rubbed the remaining oil onto her hands.
