Tia Carrere is a Hawaiian actress, voice actress, singer, and model best known for playing Cassandra Wong in Wayne’s World and Wayne’s World 2. Tia got her big break with a recurring role on the soap opera General Hospital, in the 1980s, and went on to star in tons of high-profile movie and television roles. Tia became a beloved voice actress when she portrayed Nani, Lilo’s older sister in Lilo & Stitch, as well as on the television series. She’s done voice work for plenty of other beloved animated shows, including Johnny Bravo. Along with her acting work, she’s also done several stints on reality TV: she competed on the second season of Dancing with the Stars, and on the fifth season of The Celebrity Apprentice. More recently, she starred in the Netflix series AJ and the Queen, alongside RuPaul.
