Mark Wahlberg Shirtless — Sun’s out guns out: Mark Wahlberg can’t get enough of Barbados in Jan. 2019. Even at the age of 48, Mark was still ripped as he strolled in the sand.

For years, Mark has been a devotee of F45 Training Sherman Oaks’ high-intensity circuit training. Mark has detailed his various workouts over the years as he’s gained and lost muscle of movie roles.

Once, he even shared in an Instagram story what a typical day for him entails. He gets up at 2:30am. He prays for half an hour staring at 2:45am. He has a 3:15am breakfast then works out from 3:40am-5:15am. After a post-workout meal followed by a shower, he hits the links by 7:30am as he’s a golf fanatic. Mark does a daily Cryo therapy to recover at 9:30am and uses his midday hour for work and family time. He does a second workout from 4pm-5pm every day followed by another shower and dinner with his family before hitting the sack at 7:30pm to get enough sleep to make that 2:30am wake up bearable. But hey, with a body as ripped as his, it’s clearly working!
