Lykke Li At The Louis Vuitton Series 2 Exhibition — Li Lykke Timotej Zachrisson, known as Lykke Li, was born March 18, 1986 in Ystad, Skåne, Sweden. Working as a singer, songwriter, and model, Lykke released her first EP Little Bit in 2007 and quickly became named “an artist to watch” by music publication Stereogum. Her unique blend of indie pop, dream pop, and electronic sound garnered many fans through her various album releases, starting with Youth Novels released in 2008 and following with Wounded Rhymes (2011), I Never Learn (2014), and So Sad So Sexy (2018).

In addition to her music career, Lykke has also modeled for Levis and Gucci and has appeared in the Swedish crime flick Tommy in 2014 and Terrence Malik’s Song to Song opposite Ryan Gosling. She shares a son, Dion, with musician and producer Jeff Bhasker, although the two ultimately went their separate ways.
