Becca Tobin, 33, Keltie Knight, 37, and Jac Vanek, 32 are the successful boss ladies who make up the ever successful podcast LadyGang. Each week they tackle all sorts of topics from relationships to friendships to all sorts of lady problems and back. With these ladies, nothing is off limits, but it’s how they came together that is quite the comical story. “Keltie and I were both working in Hollywood, and we would always see each other on the red carpet and at events,” Becca told HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY at their Studio City recording studio. “And we’d be complaining that it was such a harsh world and that we were just so sick of Hollywood losing our number and waiting to be asked to be a part of something. And so, we’re like, “Why don’t we just start our own thing?” And podcasts weren’t really a thing yet.And so, Keltie and I just sort of sat down at this sad lunch one day, and we’re like, “We want to talk show, but nobody’s going to give two nobodys with non-famous parents a talk show. So what do we do?” She calls me a couple of days later. She’s like, “What about a podcast?” And I said, “What is a podcast?” And then, we knew we needed a third girl, and we needed somebody that was not in the Hollywood game and a female entrepreneur that had street cred and could talk about things other than red carpets and makeup. So, Jac and Keltie have a mutual ex-boyfriend, and they remained in touch and so—.” “She dated him after me,” Keltie added of Jac.
