Khloe Kardashian has proven to be (arguably) the fittest sister in the family. After giving birth to adorable True Thompson (with ex partner Tristan Thompson) on April 12, 2018, she has been on a mission to lose the baby weight, and boy, has she succeeded!
She has been able to shed the pounds by dedicating her days to a 7-day workout plan, which she frequently updates fans on and gives advice about via Snapchat. Her plan looks a little like this: Day 1 for cardio, Day 2 for legs and butt, Day 3 for core, Day 4 for cardio (again), Day 5 for arms, Day 6 for the whole body, and Day 7 for recovery.
Ultimately, after making the effective changes in her diet and workout routine, the 34-year-old hottie’s weight is now roughly 123 pounds (55 kg), which is about 40 pounds less than what she used to weigh.
