Kevin McHale was born in Plano, Texas the youngest of four children. Before becoming an actor, he joined the American boy band NLT, which stands for “Not Like Them”. He is well known for his role on the hit show ‘Glee,’ but has since pursued a solo musical career. The multitalented singer/actor told HollywoodLife all about his vision for his debut EP, ‘Boy.’ “I think the overarching message is just me not being afraid to show the good, bad and ugly,” he says of the album. “Or, the things I feel self conscious about. I feel like its sort of like self conscious pop music, where I’m calling myself out or for example, on one of the songs, James Dean, I’m almost role playing. Like I wish I was this confident when I’m beginning a relationship with somebody and not busy second guessing everything. Congrats to Kevin as he embarks on his solo career!
