Actress Kelly Rutherford has gone through quite a lot to ensure that her children will be with her. During divorce proceedings from her second husband, Daniel Giersch, the two got into a heated custody battle over their son, Hermes, and unborn daughter, Helena.
Following a number of legal disputes, Kelly’s children lived with their father overseas in 2012. Three years later, in 2015, Kelly was finally reunited with her little ones. Unfortunately, further legal squabbles resulted in Kelly losing primary custody and merely being allowed visitation rights and influence with her children as they lived overseas. These photos, however, are from happier times for Kelly and her kids.
