Katie Stevens is an American actress and singer. Her career started on season nine of ‘American Idol’ in 2010, where she came in eighth place. After the show, Katie focused on singing for a little while, then turned her attention to acting. She starred on MTV’s show, ‘Faking It,’ from 2014-2016. The show aired for three seasons. After it ended, Katie was cast as the main character on Freeform’s show, ‘The Bold Type,’ which premiered in 2017. The show’s fourth season is set to air in 2020. Katie lives in Nashville with her longtime love, Paul DiGiovanni, who she started dating when she was just 21. He proposed on New Year’s Eve 2017, and they’re set to tie the knot on Oct. 12, 2019.
