Jade Thirlwall, born December 26, 1992, is an English singer and dancer. Jade rose to fame after joining the group Little Mix, which was formed on the eighth season of ‘The X Factor.’ The troupe went on to win the season and has since been met with a slew of successes.
Little Mix has sold just under 60 million records worldwide, making them one of the top five girl groups of all time! Prior to joining Little Mix, she had auditioned for the 2008 and 2010 season of ‘The X Factor’ before being eliminated in the bootcamp round.
But the 2011 season saw the singer flourish with the girl group, originally called Rhythmix. Along with her own singing talents, Jade is credited for writing ‘Pretty Girls,’ performed by Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea.
