Henry Winkler is an actor, comedian, author, director, and producer. Born October 30, 1945 in New York City, NY, Henry initially rose to prominence for his role as Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli in the TV series Happy Days, which ran from 1973-1984. The Emerson and Yale Drama School alum didn’t stop there, though, and continued to have a flourishing career, acting in movies like Scream, The Waterboy, and The French Dispatch and TV shows like Arrested Development and Barry. He also ventured into producing and directing after the end of Happy Days, working on projects like the original MacGyver.
In addition to his wide-ranging work, Henry has garnered 33 award nominations and 15 wins in the span of his career. He is married to Stacey Weitzman, a successful businesswoman, and they have two children together, Max and Zoe.
