Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt — Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are one of reality TV’s most famous couples. The twosome came to fame on the reality TV series ‘The Hills’ in the mid 2000s. From there, they paved their own pathways to fame as a couple. The two started dating in 2007, which caused a rift between Heidi and co-star Lauren Conrad.

Before long, Heidi and Spencer eloped to Mexico on November 20, 2008. A wedding ceremony for family and friends was held in April 2009. The two were married for almost 10 years before they welcomed their son, Gunner, on October 1, 2017, becoming a family of three.
