Eve Hewson (born Memphis Eve Sunny Day Hewson) is an actress. She’s the daughter of activist/entrepreneur Ali Hewson and Paul Hewson, better known as Bono of the rockband U2. Eve grew up in Dublin, attending school and taking vacations to go on tour with her father. As a teen, she discovered a love of acting that would blossom after working on short films. In 2008, she made her feature-length debut in ‘The 27 Club,’ and from there, she continued her passion for the art. She attended NYU’s Tisch School, and though the experience was ‘challenging,’ it was rewarding. She landed a role in a series of films and TV shows, including ‘The Knick,’ ‘Bridge of Spies,’ 2018’s ‘Robin Hood,’ and ‘The Luminaries.’ In 2021, she portrayed Adele in the Netflix series, ‘Behind Her Eyes.’
Despite being the daughter of Bono, Eve grew up humble and worked hard to get where she is. Though, she did indulge in some perks of being her father’s daughter, like using his connections to prank call Justin Timberlake when she was a teen.
