She would go on to give birth to her first child, a son Santiago Enrique Bason, on June 19 of that year when she was 43-years-old. She married Telemundo executive José ‘Pepe’ Bastón in a 2016 ceremony in Mexico attended by Victoria Beckham, Penélope Cruz, Ricky Martin, Katy Perry and Mario Lopez. Victoria even designed Eva’s wedding dress!
There were rumors throughout the autumn of 2017 that the former ‘Desperate Housewives’ star was expecting, as she donned baggy clothes that hid her normally fit and fab figure. Once she cleared her first trimester she confirmed the good news to fans via PEOPLE magazine in December of that year, saying how excited she was at becoming a first time mom. On April 23, 2019,10 months after Santiago’s birth, Eva showed off that she had finally shed all of her baby weight by posting an Instagram pic wearing a bright red bikini while doing yoga poolside in St. Barts.
