Don is best known as an actor. He has also worked as a producer, director, singer, songwriter, and more. He played the role of James ‘Sonny’ Crockett on ‘Miami Vice’ and made a big breakthrough. He also won a Golden Globe award for his work on the show.

He went on to appear in other popular roles such as the lead role in the series ‘Nash Bridges’ in the 1990s and co-stars in the show ‘Kenan.’

In addition to getting attention for his successful career, Don’s gotten attention for his epic love life. He’s been married five times to four women, including Melanie Griffith, who he married twice. They share daughter Dakota Johnson together. He also married his fifth wife Kelley Phegler in 1999. He’s dated a lot of other big names, including Cybill Shepherd, Penelope Ann Miller, and Barbra Streisand.
