McCarver gained major fame in the bodybuilding community in 2012 at the age of 21 when he competed in the Super Heavyweight class at the NPC North Americans bodybuilding competition.
The Florida native had begun lifting weights as a football player in high school and inevitably discovered his life’s true passion. He has impressively competed in a number of events in his lifetime, including the Battle at the River Championships, the NPC Hub City Fitness Quest, the IFBB North Americans, and the 2016 Mr. Olympia Competition.
In addition to being quite the star onstage, he was quite the star on social media. He has garnered a total of nearly 500,000 followers on Instagram, and has many, many fans on Facebook who have always looked forward to his daily workout videos.
Sadly, the 6’1″ 300-pound bodybuilder’s career ended when he died from a heart attack at the age of 47.
