Carly Fiorina — Carly Fiorina, born Sept. 6, 1954, is a business CEO and former Republican presidential candidate who ran during the 2016 election cycle. During her career in business, Carly spent time working with AT&T and Hewlett-Packard in various roles. She earned her education at Stanford University, before studying at MIT and the University of Maryland.

In 2016, Carly made the decision to run for the Repulbican nomination for President of the United States during the 2016 election cycle. Although she chose to end her own campaign, she became Republican Senator Ted Cruz’s selection for VP. By the evening of primary night, the Cruz campaign chose to end their bid for the presidency.
