Angelina Jolie and Marion Cotillard are both beautiful, talented, award-winning actresses. While Mr. & Mrs. Smith is just a taste of Jolie’s colossal talent, Cotillard has also got quite the impressive resume.
For those of you not all too familiar with the latter actress, don’t worry, because we are here to give you the lowdown! For starters, she is not only an actress, but is also a well known singer-songwriter, musician, and environmentalist in France (which is probably why you haven’t heard of her before).
In 2016, she even starred in a film alongside the one and only Brad Pitt. The movie was titled Allied and was a war thriller, in which Brad Pitt played a Canadian intelligence officer and Marion Cotillard played a French Resistance fighter and collaborator. The two proved to have instant chemistry on and off the screen, because they were also shockingly rumored to be having an affair (yikes).
