Alicia Keys is an American musician, singer, composer, actress and pianist.
Keys got her start in the music industry at the tender age of 15 when she was signed to Columbia Records. In 2001, she released her debut album, ‘Songs in A Minor.’ The album garnered much popularity and won the artist five Grammy Awards in 2002.
Her second album was even more successful, as it included hit singles “You Don’t Know My Name,” “If I Ain’t Got You,” and “Diary.”
Today, the 39-year-old singer continues to make major hits all while being a mother of two children (Genesis Ali Dean and Egypt Daoud Dean) and maintaining a happy decade-long marriage with rapper Swizz Beatz.
