Stars Arrive At The 2023 ESPYS — Once a year, the stars descend for the most glittering evening in sports. And this year’s event, held on July 12, 2023, was no disappointment for fans of athletics. Performances by Lil’ Wayne and H.E.R., along with special honors for the San Antonio Spurs (for their service in Uvalde, Texas), and more made it a night to remember.

The festivities began, however, before the show even started. On the red carpet in Los Angeles, Super Bowl winner Patrick Mahomes and his ubiquitous wife Brittany kicked things off with devastatingly stylish ensembles. The Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback arrived in a double breasted off-white suit with black buttons and black loafers. Of course, it wouldn’t be Patrick without accessories, so football’s biggest star donned a pair of reflective shades and some layered necklaces for the event. His wife Brittany matched his fashionable vibe in a sexy black cutout dress paired with a dramatic heavy chain necklace.

Other red carpet highlights including gymnast Shawn Johnson, who cuddled up for PDA with her hubby Andrew East after announcing they are pregnant and expecting their third child. She wore a stunning turquoise blue silk dress for the event, showing off her baby bump for photographers.
