As quarantine life appears to be the new normal, Hollywood’s hottest stars are giving their faces a break from the glitz and the glam while hunkered down at home. They are ditching bold eyes and sparkling lips and opting for more natural tones and colors when it comes to their beauty — AKA, the “no makeup” look. What is it, you ask? The “no makeup” look is a minimal face that can include tinted moisturizer, a nude or pale pink lip, light eyes, and other neutral colors. While quarantine is certainly bringing out the au natural in a lot of stars, Kim Kardashian, Gigi Hadid, and more have rocked this trend on red carpets and beyond. — Take a look at our attached gallery!

Kim was the queen of the “no makeup” look in 2019. One of our favorite red carpet moments of hers was at the 45th Annual People’s Choice Awards in LA on November 10, when she went with nude makeup, done by Mario Dedivanovic. Kim opted for a soft, dewy bronzed glow with pink undertones. Mario used all KKW Beauty products on her face and aside from a flawless complexion and voluminous lashes, she looked like she had barely any makeup on.

Kim’s younger sister, Kendall Jenner is always rocking the “no makeup” look and the supermodel manages to always look stunning. Kendall also tried out the look at the 2019 Emmys on September 22, when she slicked her hair back into a middle-parted bun and wore little to no makeup aside from a slight cat eye and a nude lip. A little blush on the cheeks and some highlighter gave her a glow that completed her look.
Two other sisters who love rocking the trend are supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid. Both are so naturally gorgeous that they don’t need to wear any makeup at all, but, when they do, it adds a glow like no other. Gigi looked amazing when she attended the 2019 CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Awards in NYC, rocking barely any makeup aside from a light orange shadow and a matte nude lip. Meanwhile, Bella wore just a drop of eyeliner and some mascara to the Dior Beauty dinner during Paris Fashion Week on September 24, 2019.
From Kaia Gerber to Amanda Seyfriend, there are so many other celebs who’ve been trying out the subtle glam look and you can click through the gallery above to see all of their gorgeous looks!
