Dropping baby weight is no easy feat for ANY mom! But while it’s not uncommon for it to take women up to a year to get their post-baby bodies back, it seems like Ivanka Trump, 34, is already almost there — after only giving birth back in March! But after all, her latest pregnancy wasn’t the fashion designer’s first rodeo. Ivanka is a three-time-mom with hubby, Jared Kushner, 35, and she apparently knows exactly what she’s doing when it comes to taking care of herself after giving birth.

“Ivanka lost all her baby weight after each of her three kids the same way, with diet and lots of exercise,” an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She stays trim today by using the same simple strict regime.” That’s pretty much as simple and straightforward as it gets, right? “She eats a diet high in green veggies and lean proteins like fish while staying away from sugars, processed foods, and carbs,” the source continued. And as for exercise? “Ivanka loves practicing yoga and she also likes to play tennis with her husband Jared.” Aw! Couples who work out together, stay together! But seriously, Ivanka’s health regime is actually pretty doable.

But while eating right and playing tennis is great, we’re sure she does a BIT more than just that. I mean, look how amazing she looked at the RNC on July 21. The businesswoman, who spoke at the convention, rocked a form-fitting blush dress and she definitely could have fooled us that she gave birth four months ago!
