Justin Bieber: Why He Didn’t Perform ‘One Less Lonely Girl’ In ‘Purpose’s Opening Show

All of Justin Bieber's fans were totally bummed when they found out the singer is not doing 'One Less Lonely Girl' during his 'Purpose' tour -- and HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned the personal reason why it was cut from the set list. Justin Bieber, 22, left a lot of fans in Seattle, Washington disappointed after his first Purpose tour show on Wednesday, March 9, when he didn't pull an audience member on stage for a "One Less Lonely Girl" serenade. Find out why that happened, and why the fan-favorite song will likely not be performed throughout the entire tour, EXCLUSIVELY on HollywoodLife.com.

“Don’t anticipate to hear ‘One Less Lonely Girl’ on the ‘Purpose’ tour because it holds bad vides to Justin,” a source close to the singer EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. Whoa! Since when?

The source explained, “That is the same song he changed the lyrics to when he went on his n-word rant years ago. He thought that his career was over when the tape was released, so anytime he can avoid performing it he will.” (FYI, you can watch that video by clicking HERE.) Obviously, Justin felt awful about himself and the seriously bad decision he made at such a young age, so he wants to keep that part of the past exactly where it is — in the past.

Unfortunately, as much as the fans love the song and the chance to be on stage with Justin, it’s just a reminder of a really bad time in his life. That’s why the song won’t be making the Purpose tour set list, at least for now. Justin’s Purpose tour is all about showing off his music and overall performance, as well as introducing the more mature version of Biebs to his fans.

Obviously, Justin has grown into a better, more mature young man these days and he’s put most, if not all, of his troubles behind him for good. We’re so proud of him!
