“The Biggest Loser at one point was an option, but Rob was completely against it and he was embarrassed that he has let himself go so bad,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, adding “Kris also wanted to have a show document his weight struggles and conquering those demons as well,” but obviously Rob nixed the idea of a reality show about his weight problems. We can’t blame him though, that would have had the potential for some humiliating moments of pressure, not to mention he’d already bowed out of his family’s own reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians over his appearance.
Our source adds, “Kris even thought that she should get Oprah Winfrey‘s help since Oprah is now with Weight Watchers, but nothing would turn Rob’s thoughts to get help.” WHAT?! Who turns down getting help from the Mighty-O?! Rob should have jumped at that chance, because not only does Oprah give the world’s best advice, she knows first hand what it’s like to struggle with weight. Doctors are urging Rob to drop at least 100 pounds if he has any chance of getting his health back so maybe now he’ll rethink his mom’s suggestions!
HollywoodLifers, do you think Rob will turn to a TV show to lose weight now that he has Diabetes?
