Lamar Odom: Prognosis Bleak As Doctors Say He’s Making No Progress — Report

Lamar Odom’s prognosis since his hospitalization is sadly not getting any better. He reportedly has shown ‘absolutely no improvement’ from when he was first admitted, and if he survives, he may not be able to live a normal life ever again.

Lamar Odom’s chance of survival is still 50/50, but his situation is looking “dire,” according to a new report. The 35-year-old former NBA star has reportedly not improved at all since he was rushed to the hospital on Oct. 13. Khloe Kardashian, 31, is doing everything she can to save him, but it may not be enough in the end.

The Father-In-Law

Unfortunately, things are not looking better for Lamar. He has shown “absolutely no improvement” and was “entirely unresponsive” as of Oct. 15 from when he was admitted after falling unconscious at the Love Ranch in Pahrump, Nevada, TMZ reports. A source told the outlet, “He’s in dire straits.”

Four of his vital organs are still failing, and Lamar is not able to breathe on his own. Doctors believe his brain function has been reduced, but he did not lose as much oxygen to his brain as Bobbi Kristina Brown did. In addition, one of the biggest concerns for doctors regarding Lamar is his alleged overdose of cocaine and herbal substitute for Viagra, which can be possibly be a toxic combination.

While doctors still have hope, they have told the family that if Lamar doesn’t show improvement fast, his situation is only going to get worse. If he does survive, he’ll reportedly have no chance of ever living the normal life he’s been accustomed to. This is just devastating.

Khloe, her family and Lamar’s family have been by his bedside in Las Vegas praying for his recovery. HollywoodLife.com told you EXCLUSIVELY that Khloe wants to move him from Las Vegas to Los Angeles so he can have the best doctors and be closer to his family and friends. She’s also putting her life on hold until Lamar recovers.

“Nothing in life means more to Khloe than for Lamar to make a full recovery,” a source told us EXCLUSIVELY. “And no matter what happens, she will be there, at that hospital, by Lamar’s side.” Look back on Khloe and Lamar’s happier times now.

Our thoughts are with Lamar’s family and friends during this difficult time. We are hoping for his full recovery.
