The pictures were clearly taken well before Kim was pregnant and show off her super sexy and voluptuous figure. These pics are so hot, they just might be the cause of LA’s heatwave.

Pregnant or not, Kim always loves to show off her hot body. On Sept. 21, the KUWTK star left little to the imagination in a mauve low-cut dress, which clung to her growing baby bump and every other curve on her body. The dress also showed off her favorite assets — her large pregnancy cleavage. She gave the guests at Cafe Habana in Malibu, quite the eyeful. Aside from her extremely tight outfits, there is one other item she refuses to give up during her pregnancy — her very high heels! Kim rocked a pair of black pointy heels with a thick ankle strap despite being only months from giving birth. Work it girl!
