Believe it or night, right now, Kim isn’t engaging in a full-on workout routine! “At this point it’s very limited,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She is chasing North around for most of her workouts and she walks a lot around the house.” Luckily, Keeks is doing something right, according to Harley, who has trained Hilary Duff, Jessica Simpson and Megan Fox while they were pregnant.

“You have to keep moving, just because you are pregnant doesn’t mean life stops,” Harley tells us EXCLUSIVELY. “It’s actually a difficult pregnancy if you don’t move. Keep your body moving and stay in a well ventilated place.” As for what pregnant women shouldn’t do? “No Bikrim Yoga while pregnant, no heart rate above 140 beats per minute, and starting midway through the second trimester, you want to avoid exercises being completely on your back,” he adds.
The most important thing though, is to push yourself to move! “Your body needs it, it’s good for the baby,” Harley continues. “It is good for delivery and recovery. That is the key to make it work for Mom’s before and after pregnancy.”

It’s especially important that Kim keeps active in a healthy way because her pregnancy is high-risk. She has openly spoke about the possibility of having to get her uterus removed after giving birth because of her “placenta accreta.” Poor Kim is terrified of having a hysterectomy. As long as Keeks stays active and healthy though, she’s doing everything right!
