‘Sex Box’ Trailer: Couples Will Have Sex On Live TV
Sex Box is not actually a euphemism. The new reality series, deemed “the most extreme couples therapy ever,” will require the participating couples to step into a box and have sex.
Airing on WEtv next month, the show is designed to help couples who are going through difficulties in their relationship. With the assistant of sex experts or–forgive us– “sexperts,” the couples’ problems will be discussed following their fornication with the intent to get them at their most open and vulnerable.
Full disclosure, the box is both camera-free and soundproof, though, somehow it still feels to be lacking in privacy.
‘Sex Box’ Is Following The Sex Trend
According to WEtv, Sex Box, though seemingly a little absurd, has the intent to be “Amazingly honest, provocative and yes, dare we say it, educational. [It] may just be the start of the next sexual revolution in the United States.”
The series also claims to be drawing inspiration from sexually explicit scripted series such as Girls, Masters of Sex and The Affair as well as the upcoming and very talked about Fifty Shades of Grey.
Well, I guess Sex Box is following a sexy trend!
What do you think, HollywoodLifers? Will you guys tune into the new show?
