Artie Has Chlamydia
Poor Artie. He never was the one in high school to have girls drooling all over him, but while in Brooklyn, that’s exactly what’s going on.
Unfortunately, that had to stop when he decided to get tested — and found out he had chlamydia. While he told the girls he slept with, he decided to just take it slow with the one girl that he actually did like and hadn’t slept with yet.
However, he later told her about the chlamydia part and she freaked out, natrually — not because of the disease but because of the two girls he said he slept with and Julie was shocked he’d hook up with such dumb girls. So, maybe we’ll see Artie go back to his old self since he told the guys he was going to “give up the game” for a bit.
Mercedes Debates Sleeping With Sam
While Artie was cutting back on having sex, Mercedes (Amber Riley) was thinking about having it for the first time with Sam (Chord Overstreet). She leaned on Rachel (Lea Michele) for some tips, who told her that she will know when it’s right, just like she did with Finn (Cory Monteith).
Mercedes looked to God (and Foreigner) for help, and ultimately decided that waiting until marriage was the right thing to do. While hesitant at first, Sam actually walked out to think it over, only to later return with the ultimate gesture — light a whole room of candles and let her know that he could live without sex but couldn’t live without her. Swoon.
Kurt & Blaine Face More Trouble In Paradise
Ever since moving to NYC, Klaine have been on a roller coaster of emotions — even more than usual. It seems like every week these two are facing more and more drama. While Kurt was getting more ripped than ever and focusing on being healthy, his boyfriend was doing the opposite. Blaine (Darren Criss) was packing on the freshman-15, and it was definitely affecting his confidence.
Instead of sleeping with Kurt, he had been looking at adult websites, which of course Kurt wasn’t too happy about. Blaine came clean about how he was feeling — that Kurt was doing so well and he wasn’t so he was afraid he would lose him. And that Kurt would judge his not-so-Blaine-like body in bed.
Of course, they hugged it out at the end, and Kurt reminded him how much he loved him.
Rachel On Losing Finn: Will She Ever Date Again?
However, one of the biggest moments of all was the girl talk between Mercedes and Rachel, when Rachel touched on that sexual chemistry we KNEW we saw ten weeks ago between she and Sam. She admitted that she did think something could happen, but knew it was because it just reminded her of home and because Sam had been so close with Finn.
She said that she was “closed for business,” and when Mercedes reminded her that she and Finn weren’t together when he passed, she said, “we were always dating, even when we weren’t; we knew how it was going to end . . . or how it was supposed to.”
Luckily, she did smile and say maybe eventually would let a guy take her out to dinner someday.
What did you think of the episode, HollywoodLifers? Do you think Mercedes should sleep with Sam? Should Rachel start dating? Let us know!
