Jessica Simpson’s Wedding Diet — How She Lost The Weight
Jessica spilled on Good Morning America on February 18: “For breakfast, I’m an oatmeal girl. Lunch, I do bread, so I will have a sandwich.”
Jess follows the Weight Watchers diet plan, where you can eat whatever you want based on their point system.
The Us Weekly insider says: “She has her standard snacks and meals, but she’s often on the run. She loves that no foods are off-limits.”
Jessica’s Training Plan
Jessica works with celeb trainer Harley Pasternak. He tells Us that Jessica walks six miles a day and strength trains for an hour three times a week. “We do bench step-overs, single-leg dead lifts and skater lunges. That’s why her legs look amazing.”
The insider reveals Jess has a new found confidence.
“She’s excited to play with [fashion] trends. When she was pregnant, she was so self-conscious. She likes all the attention her new body is getting.”
And the thing she’s most excited about? Wedding dress shopping!
“Jess is finally ready to try on dresses,” a friend spilled. “She wants something sophisticated and sexy that shows off her physique.”
