In the photo, the Bangerz beauty displayed three pumpkins. The first appears to be a couple getting their freak on — from behind! The middle pumpkin is a carved homage to pot, with a giant marijuana leaf and “4:20” — a number synonymous with smokers. The third pumpkin showcases two women’s nude silhouettes in the middle of some serious girl-on-girl action.
Wow! Miley has surprised us yet again with her naughty pumpkins. We love seeing her getting in the Halloween spirit.

Is Miley Cyrus Acting Out Because She’s Lonely?
Miley, 20, has been getting both her tricks and her treats in lately. She has been linked to several guys over the past few weeks, including Rolling Stone photographer Theo Wenner and producer Mike Will Made It — and her friends aren’t happy with her outrageous antics.
“She’s always looking for male attention,” a source tells In Touch. “It’s uncomfortable to be around.”
Miley has been romantically linked to Mike in the past, and they allegedly secretly dated for months, according to the outlet.
Miley also reportedly met up with rumored love interest Theo after her Bangerz release party. While the report says Miley’s friends think she is acting out because she “never wants to be alone,” we just think she’s having a little fun!
