Oklahoma City Thunder star Russell Westbrook threw it down last night at XS Nightclub, where Grammy-winning pop duo The Chainsmokers performed at the mega-club’s season grand opening of NightSwim, the strip’s coolest nighttime pool party. Westbrook and company sat at a VIP stage table and moved to the sounds of The Chainsmokers’ big hits. He even joined the duo, comprised of Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart, in the DJ booth where he and a couple of friends did shots of Don Julio 1942 tequila.
Earlier in the day at Encore Beach Club, Westbrook and Los Angeles Clippers’ Chris Paul arrived with friends and sat backstage before taking over a private luxury bungalow overlooking the hot pool party action. Onlookers say that Moet Nectar flowed throughout the afternoon.
Atlanta Hawks’ Kris Humphries was also spotted at Encore Beach Club on May 7 nearby with a separate party.
On May 6 at Encore Beach Club, Joakim Noah of the New York Knicks and his girlfriend, model Isabelle Cutrim, joined superstar French DJ/producer David Guetta on stage. Still in an arm sling, Noah was seen singing along to a remix of the Gwen Stefani/No Doubt hit song, “Don’t Speak” before posing for a photo with the mega-famous DJ.
Kris Humphries was also spotted Friday night at Intrigue Nightclub, where he took in a DJ set by Marshmello. He posed for a photo with the artist/producer, renowned for his grooves and for wearing a marshmallow-shaped helmet.
