Jay Mohr, 46, has filed for divorce from his wife, Nikki Cox, 38, that make some alarming accusations about the well being of their 5-year-old son, Meredith, reports TMZ. According to documents unveiled by the outlet, Jay is claiming that Nikki has a nasty drug habit that has caused her not to leave her bedroom for days at a time. On top of that, he’s extremely concerned that she is no longer fit to care for their little boy, claiming that her alleged drug addiction is putting him in danger.

In the documents, Jay allegedly claims that Nikki once gave Meredith two doses of flu medicine by accident that caused the 5-year-old to throw up in his sleep. He’s also claiming that she isn’t setting the proper boundaries for him, by not enforcing a strict bed time and instead allowing him to eat junk food and watch television at all hours of the night. As if all of that weren’t enough, the report reveals that Jay is also claiming Nikki told him she was pregnant with his child as recently as January 2017. It’s unclear how long the couple has been estranged, but Jay is remaining adamant that it’s not possible for her to be pregnant with his child because he has been diagnosed as azoospermic (meaning his semen contains no sperm). Hmm.
