Kordell Stewart, 44, is putting all of his cards on the table in a new interview with Steve Harvey, Oct. 19! When it comes to his ex-wife, Porsha Williams, 35, “that is done and over with.”
The former NFL quarterback explained their marriage in an insane pun. “When it comes to the institution of marriage, I think it is the highest levels of the Super Bowl of a relationship. And you have that someone that you say, ‘You know what, I want to be with you for the rest of my life. Your breath stinks and all. I want to just be with you forever.’ And that breath that I was smelling was the one that I wanted to be with for the rest of my life. But it got to the point where it got a little too stank.” Ouch!
Kordell also explained why they wouldn’t work today. “What I’ve seen of my ex as of lately conducting herself, just imagine if we were together for five more years with two children. That wouldn’t have been good,” he said. Clearly not!
Kordell and Porsha were married for two years from 2011-2013, before things took a messy turn. He looked back on their marriage and said to Steve, “I loved my ex-wife. That’s old and that’s over with Steve. You know I have a 13-year-old kid to raise.” Although he said their marriage was a “rocky road,” he admitted to not regretting doing The Real Housewives Of Atlanta with Porsha.

When the couple split in 2013, it looked like they hadn’t signed a prenup on the show. However, reports came out that they actually did, and Kordell apparently made out like a bandit. There were even claims that she left with nothing and he forced her out. But, he made sure to clear the speculated air to Steve saying, “she left with a lot” when they called it quits. He even revealed that she “came out of the RHOA show making 5-6 figures, something more than she’s ever had.” Interesting!
Back in 2013, HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY reported that the couple really split because Porsha had other big plans for her life and she was “tired” of his controlling ways.
